Featuring an SM1 (1.035"-40) threaded aperture, they are specifically designed for the integration of Ø1 in (25.0 mm) optical elements, such as half-wave plates, quarter-wave plates, and polarizers, enabling rapid, precise, and continuous rotational adjustment. The open-frame architecture and compact design support closed-loop positioning, making them ideal for OEM applications and high-end laboratory integration.
The core functionalities of the piezoelectric polarization rotator are tailored to diverse application requirements:Rotation Control: Supports continuous 360° rotation with a minimum incremental motion as low as 34.9 µrad (0.002°), satisfying precise polarization tuning needs.Positioning Performance: Features a bidirectional repeatability of 0.05° (873 µrad) and an accuracy of 0.4° (6.98 mrad), ensuring consistent polarization states.Control Interfaces: Compatible with manual interface board control, PC-based GUI software, and ASCII command sets, supporting multi-device serial expansion.Environmental Adaptability: Operates within a temperature range of 15-40°C and supports both horizontal and vertical mounting.

The system integrates hardware components such as high-performance infrared polarization cameras and precision motorized filter wheels, aiming to achieve high-precision detection and analysis of the target's thermal radiation distribution and polarization characteristics. Through this software, users can perform real-time infrared monitoring, polarization information extraction, and multi-dimensional data processing. It is widely used in fields such as industrial inspection, environmental monitoring, and material thermophysical property research.

Simscop Infrared Polarization Camera Software provides a highly streamlined experience for the entire process of infrared polarization imaging and temperature data collection through an intuitive modular interface.
In the data visualization and collection stage, the software deconstructs complex parameter adjustments and process controls into clear, manageable modules. The left Control Panel presents five core functional zones: Image Adjustment, Temperature Measurement Parameters, Data Storage, Filter Wheel Control, and Polarization Imaging Sequences. Users can optimize brightness/contrast, calibrate thermometry parameters like emissivity and distance, preset storage paths, and configure automated scanning for polarization sequences all in one place without navigating through multiple menus.
The Display Module in the real-time status bar clearly shows IP address, acquisition frame rate, cursor position, and target temperature, making key indicators visible at a glance. From fine-tuning parameters and hardware linkage to one-click acquisition, all operations are completed via visual controls. This eliminates tedious code input and parameter memorization, significantly lowering the learning curve for infrared polarization data acquisition and allowing researchers and industrial inspectors to focus on the data itself rather than complex operational workflows.
